This blog will always be a comfy place full of amazingly delecious recepies made easy and simple. I will share the best recepies some that I find and others that I create and learn to customize myself. In this blog, you'll find detailed recipes, tips, tricks as well that you could benefit from in your very own kitchen. Nina's Kitchen, is a place for delecious food made good with lots of love. My goal is to share, teach, help and inspire anybody with a passion for cooking & baking. 

 

The kitchen has always been part of my life! It was and it is and always will be the whole enchilada, the center of the house where all the buzz and the gossip and fun were happening. It was also a place of comfort and relaxation, after some cooking good food that's made good, there is no better way of putting it. Our big, rustic, clean kitchen was the center of the household and was the primary living room too. My Grandmother always had her pots and pans out and they were always full of delecious wholesome food. Garlic cloves dangling down from the walls, pots and pans too and batches of all sorts of organic herbs she grew and hand picked from her little happy garden at home. The yasmin tree aroma every evening comes together in perfect haromony in our house, mixing with other food aromas, dishes, home made breads, coffee and delecious sweets. Spices were popular too, the scent of cinnimon, cumin, basil, mint and so many others were only a few of the many spices in her kitchen.

 

I love her and always will. I loved being around her and I loved everything she did and everything she spent her day doing. Anything she indluged in interested me greatly. I wanted to be like her, she is and will always be my first role model and Idol for many reasons. One of them being her skills in the kitchen, and how her food brought people together, made them happy, united them, filled their bellies and her food was the reason behind people getting together and creating memorable precious memories. And that is exactly what I want to do with my passion for cooking that I took on from her. The most poised, elegant, skillfull, and compassionate women to have ever life. She is my number one insperition, and right after her comes my beloved mother. She is the one that took my passion for cooking and baking to the next level and allowed it to grow and prosper. She taught me everything I know today and without her patience, guidance and support I would never have gotten this far.

I in turn, would love to inspire all of you in any beautiful way possible. Whether you have a passion for cooking and baking or anything else. I would like to be inspiring to you and motivate you to follow your passions.
