Healthy Vegetable Nuggets

Ingredients
1 large or two small potatoes
1 large or two small carrots
1 medium sized onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
4-6 tablespoons flour
Salt to taste
Cheese ( I used cheese sticks this time you can use any and you can omit this part completely)
1. cook your vegetables until soft, you can boil them or steam cook them
2. finely chop an onion and garlic and saute
3. once your vegetables are cooked mash them well with the onions. Add salt to taste.
4. Once mashed well, add flour to mixture and mix well to incorporate
5. Form nuggets as shown in the video
6. bake at 350 Degrees (F) for 10-12 min
7. Serve warm or cold with any desired vegetable dip!
